本研究亦解析所辨識出之具高度影響力的接班人條件的重要性之構成,亦即接班人條件對利害關係人之認知與情感發揮作用的要素與機制,以及此諸相關要素與機制於真實情境中的相互關聯結構。
Abstract
This study analyzes stakeholders’ cognitions, attitudes, and other components of evaluation of potential family business successors that have different attributes, as well as stakeholders’ behaviors or behavioral tendencies corresponding to those inner states in real case, for the purpose of identifying the successor attributes that have considerable influence on the evaluation that stakeholders make of family business successor, and could contribute to stakeholders’ attitudinal or behavioral support or favouritism towards specific successor.
This study also analyzes what constitute the importance of the identified highly influential attributes of successors, that is to say the relevant factors and mechanisms that could function on stakeholders’ cognition and affection, and the interrelated structure of those relevant factors and mechanisms in real context.
