團隊學習不僅是團隊建立的重要基礎，也是持續開創的重要議題。本研究將以敘說探究法做為起點，探討學習者如何於實踐課堂中形成一個學習團隊？以及從中經驗到什麼樣的開創歷程？本研究發現，在實踐的互動中，學生會經驗三個開創學習階段：實作主軸的浮現、互動關係的建立、形成持續織组的動力，而其中課堂與實作關鍵事件將扮演階段流變的轉折點，推動學生團隊從無到有的建立與發展，也讓學生重新經驗什麼是團隊，開創出嶄新的團隊認同。

Team learning is not only an important foundation for team building, but also an important topic that continues to be created. This study will use the method of narrative as a starting point to explore how learners form a learning team in the practice classroom. As well as from experience to what kind of pioneering process? This study found that in the interaction of practice, he students will experience three creative stages: the development of the main axis of the spindle, the division of the division under the spindle, together to complete the curator, which class and practice key events will play a turning point in the stage of rheology. To promote the student team from scratch to the establishment and development, but also to students to re-experience what is the team, to create a new team identity.
