兒童是未來發展希望所在，在少子化的趨勢之下，更凸顯孩子的稀有性，無論是在生育或養育方面，父母都願意盡最大的努力給予孩子最好的環境，讓每個孩子都成為父母的心肝寶貝，本研究主要在探討少子化趨勢之下親子產業潛藏的商機。
全家至餐廳用餐，是家有學齡前兒童父母的大事，親子外食聚會想起來總是歡樂又溫馨，但事實上卻總讓父母心驚膽顫的，在各方顧慮之下，每次外食經驗都有不盡完善的遺憾。有鑑於此，專為兒童打造的親子聚會天堂- Pure Heaven將於2016年成立，此份商業企劃就是Pure Heaven完整的創業計畫書。
首先，介紹Pure Heaven公司總覽、產品與服務，接著探討台灣整體經濟的表現，並對兒童產業的現況做產業分析，再透過市場分析和親子外食消費行為市場調查徹底了解當地競爭者的狀況和消費者的需求，本文也將概述Pure Heaven組織管理，並深入探討產品定位及獨特性來解釋經營策略與模式，最後，本研究將預測五年的財務計畫來評估創業可行性。
根據財務預測及市場調查分析，Pure Heaven投資商業企劃在中台灣的彰化市是可行的，Pure Heaven將抓住兒童產業的脈動，不只孩子喜歡，更擄獲父母的心。

Children are the hope for the future. With the gradual decline of the birth rate, the average number of children in a family is lower than ever. As such, parents are more willing nowadays to make the greatest effort to give children the best in both physical and psychological aspects. Children have always been parents’ treasure. This survey aims to explore potential opportunities of the children industry in the context of low birth rate.
Eating out with children is a big issue for parents, especially for those with children under six. The assumption is that family gatherings in a restaurant are always happy and filled with warmth. In fact, it is not always so. Under the strain of various concerns, the eating-out experience are more oft than not terrible. In view of this, Pure Heaven will be founded in 2016 with the aim of creating a paradise for children. The following paper is a comprehensive business plan for Pure Heaven.
The paper first introduces the company and its products and services. Then it analyzes Taiwan's overall economic conditions and provides an industry analysis. An in-depth competitor analysis and results from Pure Heaven’s primary market research survey are also discussed in this section. The paper will also outline the management and implementation strategy. Finally, the paper will assess the economic feasibility of the project through five-year financial projects.
