本研究主要探討影片工作室創業者的創業歷程，並以三位影片工作室創業者做為研究對象，進行質性研究訪談的分析，試著將三位創業者作經驗上的交叉比對，找出相關的經驗，賦予意義。

　　而研究者以社會學習理論（A Social Theory of Learning）的框架出發，從影片工作室創業者的生活經驗中，分析創業者在創業的學習歷程中，如何透過實作的過程中開始一步步的開始走向創業之路，並在實踐共同體與持續性的意義協商中，產生認同上的流變。而本研究主要探討的三個問題分別為：

一、探討「實作」與創業的重要性為何?
二、實作的過程，如何讓影片工作室創業者產生創業行為？
三、影片工作室創業者在創業後，他們又遇到了什麼經營問題與改變？

希望透過實際的訪談與文獻的探討過程，讓未來有志從事影片工作室創業的創業者對他們的創業歷程有所了解。

This study discusses “entrepreneurial learning process of film studios entrepreneur” with three film studios entrepreneurs through the approach narrative inquiry and researcher also tried to figure out the relevance of their life experiences of three and endowed meaning.

The researcher analyzed these entrepreneurs’ life experiences from the prospective of “A Social Theory of Learning.” Through the analysis to realize how they could start the studios business through the process of practicing and cause the development of identity through the continuously process of meaning negotiation under the circumstances of communities of practice. Researcher sorted out the findings of this research into three parts:

1. How the “practice” trigger film studios entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial learning?
2. How film studios entrepreneurs form entrepreneurial identity through the accumulation of learning experiences?
3. What is the change of entrepreneurial identity to film studios entrepreneurs through meaning negotiation with communities of practice after they started up their studios?

Researcher hope that through the process of interview and literature review can make contributions for those people who would like to start up film studios in the future .
