外語及雲端口譯創業機會主要目標為建立一個新的子事業群在現有的外語補教事業上，一方面憑藉著母公司資金及資源上的支持，得以發展新事業支以鞏固事業發展。

本計畫由下面幾個部分組成

 市場規模與調查
 進入市場的策略及分析(SWOT分析及4P模組)
 計畫營運模式
 公司的經營管理
 銷售及行銷規劃
 財務規劃與預測

整個創業計畫由實體教學衍生，結合線上教學及線上口譯而成，在資源及財務上共享及相互扶持。在整個計畫完成後，我認為目前我所經營的微風外語應該實行本計畫，且目前計畫的確按照本文開始進行中，即使需要相當程度的資源及資金的投入，對於以上論點的支持證據，證明了這樣複合式的創業計畫，比貿然開始一個新的事業來得穩固，在創業計畫中所描述的策略對於實際經營上，的確有助益

The research of this article originated from the challenage langage school and the foreigner-focused scooter leasing company operated by the author. The main purpose of this ressearch is creating a new subsidiary business under the current education business. With the support in finance and resources of the main business in the aspect of mother company, the subsidiary business would be able to thrive.

This research is composed with the following dimentions.
 The survey of the market capability
 Market entrance strategy and analysis(SWOT analysis and 4P theory)
 Operation module
 Business management and operation
 Marketing and selling plan
 Financial plan

The enterpreneurship plan was derived from face to face lecture, combining online lecture and online oral intepretation in order to support each item and share the money and resources. By the completion of the research, I do recognize that Breezingsea Language School, the business I am running now, should implement this plan, and it is actually in the progress.The evidences supporting the point of the view above are contained in the article.It proved that the multi-item business plan would more likely be success than starting the business from scratch. The strategy described in the business plan does help in the real case operation scenerio in the postive way.
