現代人越來越忙碌，消費者對外送服務的需求也逐漸增加，所以提供外送服務的業者也越來越多。
本論文以速食外送服務為例，並建構出一個架構導向的模型做詳盡的描述。再將目前外送服務所使用的非架構模型與用架構模型，做員工管理、任務管理、組織管理和科技管理上的分析與比較。
本研究提出「架構導向速食外送服務模型」，乃是以企業架構的理論及方法為基礎；再導入結構行為合一架構概念做為基礎，以六大金律法則：架構階層圖、框架圖、構件操作圖、構件連結圖、結構行為合一圖、互動流程圖，逐一完成塑模。此架構導向塑模能清楚的呈現速食外送服務的行為，具簡單、清楚、易溝通的特性，並能達到內部溝通與外部溝通的雙贏局面。

With busy lifetime, customers are more frequent asking for fast food delivery services. This results in more and more business opportunities.
In this research, we construct an Architecture-Oriented Fast Food Delivery Service Model (AOFFDSM) based on theory and methods of enterprise architecture. This model uses the structure-behavior coalescence approach with six fundamental diagrams: the “architecture hierarchy diagram,” the “framework diagram,” the “component operation diagram,” the “component connection diagram, the “structure-behavior coalescence diagram,” and the “interaction flow diagram”. AOFFDSM shall allow organizational structures, systems operations, and information flow, with a great deal of simple, clear, and easy communication features for the fast food delivery service.
Finally, this thesis analyzed and compared the architecture-oriented approach with the non-architecture-oriented one on each aspect of the staff management, task management, organization management, and technology management of fast food delivery services.
