本研究主要探討主管-部屬交換關係(LMX, Leader-Member Exchange)、職場友誼、關係期待與溝通風格之研究。在回顧過去文獻後,採用前人發展的量表,經翻譯與修改後作為本研究工具,並透過問卷調查,以目前在職中的員工為研究對象,共蒐集樣本數350名,將問卷資料彙整後進行描述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、皮爾森相關分析以及迴歸分析。本研究獲得下列研究結論:一、LMX的程度愈高的,部屬對直屬主管傾向採取果斷型溝通風格。二、職場友誼的程度愈高,部屬對直屬主管傾向採取果斷型溝通風格。三、關係期待的程度愈高,部屬對直屬主管傾向採取果斷型溝通風格。四、關係期待的程度愈高,部屬對直屬主管不傾向採取攻擊型溝通風格。五、關係期待對於LMX與溝通風格的關係,無顯著的調節效果。六、關係期待對於LMX與溝通風格的關係,無顯著的調節效果。
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the associations among LMX (Leader-Member Exchange), workplace friendship, expectation of future relationship and communication style. After reviewing related literatures, this study modifies scales which are developed in past studies. This study is conducted with questionnaire survey. The total sample of this study is 350, which are employed people from any industry. The data are analyzed through SPSS, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis.The results of this study are as follows: 1.High LMX influences employees to adapt assertive communication style.2.High workplace friendship influences employees to adapt assertive communication style.3.High expectation of relationship influences employees to adapt assertive communication style.4.High expectation of relationship influences employee not to adapt aggressive communication style.5.Expectation of future relationship has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between LMX and communication style.6.Expectation of future relationship has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between workplace friendship and communication style.
