在瞬息萬變環境中,消費者的需求轉為少量多樣和產品生命週期縮短的趨勢下,在速度、品質、成本、交期、彈性等方面的問題不斷在挑戰企業極限。如何思索減少浪費、降低生產成本,有效運用資源提升產品競爭力的的問題,成為每間企業極需解決的議題。其實所有的改善都在於組織心態的改變,是否願意認真面對而且有系統地來看一個企業所有價值溪流運作的整體,願意做長期投資的經營,參與所有精實管理改革的活動,強化核心能力與競爭優勢,追求企業永續經營與生存。
本研究主要目的在探討AD公司複合材料部門,導入「精實生產」之研究。分析複合材料產業在面臨企業內、外競爭壓力下,如何導入精實生產,客戶需求能快速反應與發展屬於自己的優勢競爭模式,有助於提昇公司的整體競爭力。
新世代的產品不再以「大量生產」或「規模經濟」生產為首要考量,「少量多樣」、「即時交貨」的客製化生產模式已成不可避免的趨勢。本研究深入探討後發現,案例部門導入精實生產模式後,公司提供專業顧問輔導及人員教育訓練,並配合豐田管理的技巧與工作方法與治具的改善,逐漸開發出生產線換模(線)的技巧,這樣就可以將不同類型不同樣式的產品規格,放在同一條生產線上生產,快速生產符合客戶需求之產品。
本研究結果可知:企業落實「精實生產」的思維,執行精實改善的手法,設定目標,按部就班的改善,在每個階段檢討問題的瓶頸點,生產效率會有顯著的提高,企業導入「精實生產」,的確有助於改善企業的獲利率及提昇企業的競爭力。
Abstract
In a rapidly changing environment, the consumer demand turn into a small number of diversified productions, product life cycle become shorter。The following problems of speed, quality, cost, delivery, flexibility constantly challenge the industries. Thinking how to reduce waste, reduce production costs, the efficient use of resources to enhance the competitiveness of products that become the corporate concerned highly about the issues.In fact, all the improvements are from the change in the mindset of the organization. Depend on the corporate whether look at an enterprise value stream operations with seriously and systematic, have a desire to do the operation of long-term investment, participate in all activities of the lean management reform, strengthen the core competencies and competitive advantage, pursuit of business continuity and survival.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the AD composite materials sector, import of "lean production". Analysis of composite materials industry that they face of enterprises inside and outside the pressure of competition, how to import lean manufacturing, customer demand for rapid response and development of ourselves competitive advantage model, help to improve the overall competitiveness of the company.

After intensive studied that enterprise introduced lean production model, the organization providing professional advisory counseling, educational training with Toyota management skills and methods of work, the improvement of the fixture, the member of the organization will gradually to think single-minute exchange of die, different styles and different types of products that can be put on a same production line (space) production, produce rapidly to meet customer demand for the product on the same production line.

The results of this study shows that: Implement the "lean production" thinking, implementation of lean improved practices, set goals, step-by-step improvement, check the questions point at each stage, there will be significantly improved production efficiency, enterprises import "lean production "that will certainly help to improve the profitability and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
