我國領海幅員廣大，海軍直升機肩負反潛、運補、搜救、偵巡、落艦等多項繁重任務，維持全天候臺海安全及對外航運暢通，其任務環境多為海上低空、缺乏目視參考，而軍艦飛行甲板空間狹窄、多障礙且不穩定，作業風險高，遂成為一項高壓力的職業。
本研究藉由問卷調查對於從事海軍艦機組合作業的飛行員進行工作壓力源與因應策略之施測，透過資料整理後進行信效度分析、因素分析、敘述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、事後檢定與相關分析等統計方法的驗證，發掘海軍直升機飛行員執行勤務之工作壓力源及探討工作壓力與因應策略之關聯性與影響，希望透過實務驗證，提供相關機構對於人力資源管理政策採行之參考。

Taiwan has a vast expanse of territorial waters. The Navy helicopters have to carry out various tasks, such as anti-submarine, Transportation, goods supply, search and rescue, reconnaissance patrol, and landing warships, to maintain the unhindered shipping and to secure the territorial waters. Working environments of navy helicopters are so hazardous because of the offshore low flying, the insufficient visual reference, and the hard landing conditions on the warships. What we had mentioned above made it a high risk and high pressure career.
This research is to discuss the cause, the content and the dealing strategies of the working pressure of navy pilot flight pressure by obtaining the questionnaire. We apply the reliability analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, one-way ANOVA, scheffe and correlation analysis, and other validation of research methods to test the hypothesis we made. We hope that the result of the survey could provide practical recommendations and implementations for human resources manage policies.
