本研究針對台灣目前營建業在施工管理上的缺點，結合標準化作業流程與現有之管理理論，並參考現有之營建業營運管理模式以及研究者自身經驗，以工廠化管理方式帶入現有工地之施工管理方式，並舉實際個案為例，說明如何建立個案全程標準化作業流程，以此提出結論與實用有效的建議。

The purpose of this study is to improve the management of constructions in Taiwan. By combining standard operating procedures and management theories with management models of construction companies in Taiwan and researcher’s experiences, this study bringing factorial managements into construction managements, and take an real case for example to explain how to build a standard operating procedure for every process of a construction site.
As a result, this study gives some proposes which can effectually improve the management of constructions and fit to environment of Taiwan.
