近年來,隨著網際網路的發達,網路使用的成長率不斷的提升。人們利用網路搜尋資訊的行為越來越頻繁,故市面上出現了許多懷孕的衛教知識網站(例如:衛福部孕產婦關懷網站、媽媽寶寶懷孕生活網),協助孕婦解決懷孕期間所遇到的問題。
傳統的知識管理應用於醫療領域,或是透過本體論定義、建構醫療領域的內容已有許多的貢獻,但仍有一些不足之處。以本體論為例,對於如何將領域知識以本體論的方式進行轉換的步驟,並沒有做明確的描述。故如何透過有理論基礎的塑模方法論來建構與呈現產前衛教的知識內容,還尚未有一個比較具體的方法,而產前衛教中的內容繁多且彼此間的關係複雜,卻尚未有一塑模方法論能清楚地說明其知識管理的建置步驟。在實務上,衛教網站上的內容會因資料來源、網站性質等會有所差異,資訊間的關係無法有系統的連結,知識表達上多半使用大量的醫學術語及文字敘述的方式描述。新手媽媽除無法有效率的搜尋所需要的解答,同時也不易理解內容的含義。
為解決上述的問題,本研究採用設計科學研究法,提出一個以孕婦產前篩檢知識為基礎的產前衛教管理方法。提出一產前衛教本體論的塑模方法論,使領域知識能清楚、有序地建置在本體論當中。並根據該本體論的知識藍圖與架構,設計資料的呈現方式,協助新手媽媽理解知識內容。
Abstract
During the pregnant period, physical and mental states of the mother should be carefully treated because both mother and baby can be affected. In Taiwan, Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, has long been promoting the prenatal service quality to stimulate the prenatal examination rate and deliver critical healthcare instructions through all levels of healthcare institutes.
Nonetheless, there are several issues to address on the medical information distributed online. First, there exists a huge amount of information prevailing through this channel, no matter qualified or not. Unqualified information may mislead the browsers to absorb biased knowledge. Second, it is ironical that most of the limited webpages that contains qualified information are full of proficient terminology or pure text-based descriptions.
Our objective is to provide proper knowledge online for pregnant women regarding prenatal health education through the ontology knowledge structure. We integrate online visualization into the ontology knowledge structure to vivify the knowledge representation. We aim to explore several design principles to promote the webpage usability on learnability, efficiency and satisfaction.
