本研究從管理實務角度來探討中型製造業資訊化的需求與工具運用。資訊工具包含ERP，EXCEL，或其它軟體等，現今資訊化社會資訊工具的取得已非技術問題，而是要＂合身合用＂。
本文擬以個案公司，中型汽車零件製造業為實證研究對象。探討企業設定最適需求範圍，並以實例與經驗來說明為何建議使用ERP+EXCEL的最適搭配來滿足。並鼓勵企業推廣應用VBA。將辦公室效率提高。
中型製造業，資源有限。要能維持原彈性優勢，滿足客戶需要。並以最適成本妥善運用手上的資訊工具。

The aim of this study is to understand the informative requirement as well as operation in the Medium Industry from the aspect of managerial practice. The informative tools include ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), EXCEL and other related soft programs. Nowadays, the problem of obtaining the informative tools is not related to technique issue but is stressed on the customer-oriented that will need to tailor the program in accordance with each specific requirement.
The method of this study is embedded on case study, whilst one of the medium-sized motor vehicle parts manufactures will be discussed in terms of evidence-based practice. By means of exemplifying the real experience of why the company uses the combination of ERP plus EXCEL to be the best portfolio, it provides other enterprises a good idea of promoting the applied VBA in support of increasing the efficiency of office operation.
As the resource of medium-sized manufacture is limited, it is suggested to make a good use of the informative tools on hand wisely in exchange of an advantage of elasticity to meet the customers‘ requirement.
