企業在資訊化的過程中，導入成功與否並未存在定論，對於參與者的參與程度也並未有標準。本研究從參與者導入資訊系統行為，同時考量創新營運管理與參與者對於資訊系統的吸收能力因素的影響，運用質性研究方法，問卷法和訪談法進行參與行為分析與驗證。透過問卷研究發現，創新營運管理的企業、吸收能力與參與者的學習能力在參與導入系統的行為中，幾乎擁有正向關係。最後使用訪談法，探討不顯著的影響，提出建議即改善方式，讓資訊系統能順利正式上線並成功。

For enterprises undergoing transformation owing to information technology, the success or failure of its introduction is not conclusive, nor are there standards governing the extent of participants’ involvement. Based on the behavior of participants during the introduction of information systems, while also considering the effects of innovative business management and participants’ capacity to assimilate information systems, the present study utilizes qualitative research methods( mainly questionnaires and interviews) to analyze and examine participant behavior. The questionnaire research finds the use of innovative business management practices by businesses, their ability to assimilate these practices, and participants’ learning ability to be positively correlated with participation during the introduction of information systems. Finally, the study employs interviews to investigate insignificant effects and put forward proposals for improved methods, in order to enable information systems to go online smoothly and formally and to do so successfully.
