中文摘要
創新是現今企業組織生存與永續成功發展的必要能力,透過不斷於組織各方 面的創新,才可以在國際市場中增加其競爭力。而創新不只可以來自於科技及產 品的創新,組織內部的管理也應該發展創新,才可以輔助科技及產品的創新達到最高之效益,使企業完整全面的發展成長。本研究將探討在中國之製造業台商於 管理創新上的現況,並針對其現況對其未來發展提出相關建議。此研究中以質性 研究之方式,先於文獻探討找出管理創新之因素後,提出訪談題目,並針對四間 在中國之製造業台商進行深度訪談,由訪談內容中檢視其管理創新之現況,並作出綜合整理後提出未來發展之相關建議。
Abstract
Innovation is an essential ability for organizations to be successful in survival and sustainability. An organization can only increase its international competitiveness, through the innovation in every aspect in organization. However, innovation not only can appear in technology or product, but also should be developed in internal management within a company. By developing in management innovation, it can assist the innovation in technology and product to achieve the highest profit and promote the organization’s growth in a comprehensive way. In this research will discuss the current situation in management innovation of Taiwanese manufacturing companies in China, and then propose suggestion for their future development in management innovation. This research is conducted by qualitative research methods. After identifying the elements for management innovation through literature review, the interview questions are proposed base on the elements. In the research, four companies are interviewed. The content of the interview are examed for their current situation in management innovation. Furthermore, proposing suggestions for the future development regarding to their current situation in management innovation.
