中文摘要
因應全球化,跨國企業已越來越普遍,因此如何有效管理國際團隊,達成母公司的目標已越來越被重視。本研究將討論情緒智能和跨文化智能對全球領導力的影響;以及全球領導力對海外子公司創業精神的關係。跨文化智能較高者,全球領導力也較高。全球各地風土民情不盡相同,領導人必須不斷適應不同文化與修正自己的領導風格,並考量團隊與工作任務性質,才能獲得較高的管理成效。子公司的創業精神對於母公司而言是必要的,子公司的創業精神與團隊的屬性及領導者的創業精神有關;子公司的創業精神與領導者的全球領導力成正相關。子公司的領導者應俱備符合母公司文化的人格特質並具有良好的情緒智能及跨文化智能,以提高全球領導力,對子公司進行有效率的管理。
Abstract
This research is about how important emotional intelligence and cross cultural inteligence are to entrepreneurship, and also how global leadership will affect entrepreneauship in subsidiary.
