現今社會存在著一股返鄉歸農的趨勢，代表農業的價值正逐漸地被重新認定。本論文將焦點放在有機農業之「返鄉歸農」上，透過敘說探究(narrative inquiry)的方法說明有機有創者的創業學習(entrepreneurial learning；EL)，並特別關注創業學習是「什麼(What)」的問題。本研究從三位有機創業者的敘說故事中發現，「創業學習」是一個持續於日常生活中改變、從既有經驗創新與既有典範創新的歷程，簡單來說，創業學習是有機創業者不斷與情境互動、採取行動、開創新貌(entrepreneuring)的交織歷程。而此創業學習歷程主要分為「從離農到歸農」、「從邊陲(peripherality)到核心(core)」、「從遵從到開創(entrepreneuring)」等三個階段；此外，本文也進一步說明促成每一個階段的轉變因子及情境脈絡創造的知識與價值。最後，本文以微觀的角度對有機農業進行敘說探究，並依據研究發現進一步討論其理論意涵與實務貢獻，本研究不僅提升國內研究有機農業的豐富性，也深化創業學習的理論。

There is a trend that many people return to hometown and do agriculture in today’s society, which means the value of agriculture has been identified again gradually. The point of this study is “Returning to hometown and do organic agriculture.” This study explains entrepreneurial learning of organic entrepreneurs through narrative inquiry and specifically focus on the questions of “What is entrepreneurial learning?” From life stories of three organic entrepreneurs found that entrepreneurial learning is a process of keeping changing in daily life, and innovations from exist experiences or exist models. Simply speaking, entrepreneurial learning is a weaving process that organic entrepreneurs keep interacting with situations, taking actions and entrepreneuring. This entrepreneurial process could be divided into three steps:” From departure to returning of agriculture”, “From peripherality to core”, “From obey to entrepreneuring.” Besides, this study also explains different factors which motivate shifts during every step, or different situations which creating knowledge and values. Lastly, according to finding of this study will discuss entrepreneurial learning’s theory and actual suggestions further. This study does narrative inquiry on organic agriculture from a micro perspective. It not only enhances the richness of national study of organic agriculture in Taiwan but also deepens related theories of entrepreneurial learning.
