本研究之研究目的旨在探討家族企業文化於傳承過程中,因為兩代之間認知的差異將如何影響企業的競爭策略及組織系統的維持或改變。於是,為了深入瞭解企業創辦人最初秉持的經營理念,以及因為世代差異關係,接班人如何在企業文化的承接與突破中不斷地磨合,本研究選擇透過訪談的質性研究方法進行個案分析。研究過程除了訪談的第一手資料,也蒐集了研究個案近十年的股東會年報以及知名企管網站對於本研究個案的採訪稿,再輔以相關文獻相互應證分析,歸納出企業文化的傳承性以及不可傳承性,以期對家族企業在經營管理層面有所建議與助益。
Abstract
The purpose of the research is probe into whether the business strategy and the organization configuration would change due to the intergenerational cognition discrepancy during the succession of family business. Therefore, in order to understand the management philosophy of business founder, and know more about how did the second-generation succeed to the business based on the condition of value discrepancy among two generations, the research make the case study through interview, the method of qualitative study. Besides, we collected the second-hand data and information from annual report and reports from well-known websites. Then, we made cross-analysis between all the data, information as well as the references from related researches. Consequently, we conclude the concept of succession and non-succession on business culture, and expect the conclusion could be helpful to the management of family businesses in succession issue.
