本研究欲探討台灣企業裡的性騷擾情形,目的為透過評估以及審視職場性騷擾的原因,進而提供建議期望能夠改善及避免企業裡的不當行為。 本研究採用量化研究,研究程序包含對於性騷擾的文獻探討、面談、評價公司政策以及比較政府規則,並進行個案分析。另外,本研究亦提供適當與有效預防、避免性騷擾的方法,如:台灣職場性騷擾之特別條例。 |
Abstract |
This thesis is mainly focused on sexual harassment in Taiwanese corporate environment. It aims to evaluate and review the causes of sexual harassment in the workplace and to provide recommendations, which will help to prevent and avoid misconducts inside companies. A qualitative method was conducted during this research. Using systematic literature about sexual harassment, interviews, evaluating company’s policies, comparing government regulations; and by analyzing cases, help out to accomplish the research process successfully. Also, it was possible to provide appropriate and effective measurements to prevent and avoid sexual harassment, such as: specific guideline for sexual harassment in the workplace in Taiwan. |
