中文摘要
在全球經濟成長放緩,加上各國政治風險與金融體制穩定性低的環境下,使得各產業競爭日趨激烈;在高科技產業中,企業如何藉由領導者的帶領來提高內部優異的研發技術創新能力,以維持競爭優勢,立足全球市場將是一重要課題,
本研究主要在探討轉換型領導、交易型領導對知識分享意願及技術創新之影響關係,本研究目的如下所述,研究對象以台灣某A個案之技術研發團隊為主。本研究的目的為以下幾點:
一、透過研究,了解轉換型領導、交易型領導風格,對於知識分享意願的影響。
二、探討在轉換型領導、交易型領導之不同領導風格,對於技術創新的影響。
三、知識分享意願對研發團隊的技術創新影響。
四、探討知識分享意願與轉換型領導、交易型領導之不同領導風格與技術創新間之中介影響效果。
本研究結果如下:
一、 轉換型、交易型領導對技術創新有正向顯著影響
二、 知識分享意願對技術創新有正向顯著影響
三、 轉換型、交易型領導與知識分享意願有正向顯著影響
四、 轉換型領導比交易型領導對知識分享意願的關係更具有正向影響效果
五、 知識分享意願對轉換型、交易型領導與技術創新具有中介效果
Abstract
Technological innovation is a very important in today’s fast changing business environment. R&D technological innovation capabilityies can be improved it will be based on the leadership .The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and transactional leadership on knowledge sharing willingness and technological innovation.
The results of this study are as follows:
I. Both transformational and transactional leaderships have a positive effect on technological innovation.
II. Knowledge sharing willingness has a positive effect on technological innovation.
III. The transformation and transactional leaderships have a positive effect on knowledge sharing willingness.
IV. The transformation leadership has a positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness and better than transactional leadership.
V. The knowledge sharing willingness is the intervening factor between transformation, transactional leadership and technological innovation.
