台灣公司到越南設立工廠、分公司已有近二十年的歷史,近五年來,越南當地的暴動頻繁,與台灣公司之經營管理與政策制定息息相關。許多研究顯示,跨國公司到異國設立分公司或據點時,面臨語言障礙與文化差異的問題,跨文化溝通與管理更是一重要課題。
本研究主要針對在越南設立據點、工廠的台灣公司,來探討其公司內部的越南當地人才在發展過程中,所面臨的問題與困難,並進一步尋找造成這些問題的原因。本研究透過公司訪談收集資料,訪談方式採取半結構式訪談。再將訪談資料分析整理,得出結論,最後提出建議。
本研究發現,台灣公司的越南人才在地化發展最主要的困難是語言障礙以及文化差異,受訪的公司針對此問題已有初步概念,已有初步解決方案,但仍在尋找更好的方案。
Abstract
Taiwan companies set up factories and branches in Vietnam have been two decades, in the past five years, the riots between Vietnamese labors and Taiwanese companies happened many times. The situations related to management and policy development of Taiwanese company. Many studies have shown that when a multinational companies to set up branches or locations in foreign countries, the problems they will face with is language barriers and cultural differences, cross-cultural communication and management is also an important issue.
This study aimed to research the Taiwanese companies which establish bases or factories in Vietnam, to explore its internal problems and difficulties of Vietnamese local talent development process, and further to find the cause of these problems. The study collected data through company interviews, this research adopted semi-structured interviews. Then arrange interviews data and analysis the data, then provide conclusion and suggestions.
The study found that the main difficulty of local talents development is the language barrier and cultural differences, the interviewed company have an initial concept for this problem, some of them have an initial solution, but still looking for a better one.
