時代科技發展日新月異,產業環境快速變遷,企業為因應永續經營及發展其競爭優勢,員工的創意必然成為企業發展關鍵技術的重要因素來源,並促使其成為企業關注的焦點。
  然而,企業若要能掌握創新的本質,應從企業的組織氣候、組織生涯管理與管理者的領導風格提出具體的作法。因此,本研究主要在探討主管領導風格、組織生涯管理對員工創新行為之影響,並以組織創新氣候作為調節變項。
  本研究以半導體產業之設備維修工程師為研究對象,共發放330份問卷,收回305份,實得有效問卷數285份。研究結果發現:
一、主管領導風格會對員工表現出的創新行為產生正面影響
二、組織生涯管理會對員工表現出的創新行為無顯著影響
三、組織創新氣候在組織生涯管理與員工表現出的創新行為間,不具正向調節功能
四、組織創新氣候在主管領導風格與員工表現出的創新行為間,具正向調節功能
Abstract
Due to technology grooming, the environment of industries change swiftly. The more innovation company, the much power company can complete with others. Therefore, creativity become a vital factor in recruiting and employee training program.
However, if company intends to manage the essential nature of innovation, organization climate, career management and leadership style, the activity will affect consolidated strategy. Thus, the purpose of research is to find out the connection within leadership style, organization career management and employee innovation behavior by organization innovation climate moderated.
After statistical analyses, the summary as below is for the reference.
1. Leadership style has positive effect on employee innovation behavior.
2. Organizational career management has positive effect on employee innovation behavior.
3. Organizational innovation climate has not mediating effect among the relationship between organization career management and employee innovative behavior.
4. Organizational innovation climate has mediating effect among the relationship between leadership style and employee innovative behavior.
