中文摘要 |
社會型企業的誕生,平衡了盈利組織的資本導向,與非營利組織的慈善導向,兼具了二者在盈利同時解決社會問題的優勢,亦彌補了政府功能性的不足。本研究首先透過觀察發現,社會型企業的領導者在社會型企業中扮演重要角色,其領導風格與利害關係人、永續型創新產生關聯。因此,本研究以D公司、S公司與T公司為個案企業,透過訪談與質化方式分析,歸那個案企業領導人之領導風格、與利害關係人互動,及永續型創新方面之特質。本研究所探討之項目為:社會型企業領導人之領導風格,社會型企業與利害關係人之互動關係,分析社會型企業之永續型創新作為,以及探討社會型企業之領導風格、利害關係人及永續型創新間的關聯。最後,本研究歸納出,領導人之領導風格影響利害關係人與永續型創新作為;以及當社會型企業成長到一定規模時,利害關係人對社會型企業的永續型創新產生影響。 |
Abstract |
The establishment of social enterprises balances the profit orientation of the profit business and non-profit organization, not only solving the social problems but also making up for the lack of government function. This study first observed that the leaders play an important role in the social enterprise, and their leadership styles are related to the stakeholders and the sustainable innovation. Therefore, based on the examples of Company D, Company S and Company T, this study analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the leadership style, and the between leadership, stakeholders and sustainable innovation through interviews and qualitative method. The topic of this study is on exploring the leadership style of social Enterprise, the interaction between social enterprises and stakeholders, analyzing the sustainable innovation of social enterprises, and exploring the relationship between leadership style, stakeholders and sustainable innovation. Finally, this study summarizes that the leadership style will influence stakeholders and sustainable innovation, and when social enterprises grow up to certain scale, the stakeholders will be impact on sustainable innovation. |
