中文摘要
本研究的目的在於了解血液透析護理人員的專業承諾與工作滿意度的關係。本研究係於全台灣20家含地區型以上醫院及具連續5年開業以上之血液透析中心診所;且工作滿六個月以上的護理人員均列入本研究。符合資格的護理人員共有300位。共發出問卷300份,然而回收265份,回收率88.3%。由於本問卷量表是引用林綽娟等2007年提出研究之「專業承諾及工作滿意度量表」,其效度獲得大眾普遍認可,故在此不做量表的效度檢驗。只做Cronbach alpha值檢定量表信度,再運用順序迴歸分析得到以下結論:
(一)專業承諾與工作滿意度有顯著性正相關。
(二)專業承諾各構面對人際關係皆有正面顯著影響,擁有高度專業認同、專業投入與留任意願的血液透析中心護理人員其人際關係也會較好。
(三)專業承諾各構面對工作量皆無顯著影響,其研究結果得知專業認同、專業投入與留任意願的高低皆不會影響工作量,且其解釋力9.3%相較其他構面為最低。
Abstract
Purpose.
To explore the relation shop between professional commitment and job satisfaction.
Methods.
A survey of 300 nurses from a medical center in Taiwan was conducted to collect data. The instrument surveyed demographics, working environment, professional commitment, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software.
Results.
The results showed a positive correlation between professional commitment and job satisfaction. Multiple linear regression revealed seven factors that were associated with nurses professional commitment: marital status, age, years of working reasons for enrollment, economic status, and working environment. Factors that could explain the variance of job satisfaction were economic status, working environment, and professional commitment.
Conclusion.
Greater awareness of nurses professional commitment and job satisfaction among nursing administration may indirectly help increase the quality of nursing care in Taiwan.
