在全球化、國際化時代下,企業都全力提升與保有競爭力,因此善用資訊科技持續其競爭優勢,成為達成永續經營的手段之一;運用企業內網路、企業外網路、及網際網路,將重要的企業情報與知識系統,與其供應商、經銷商、客戶、內部員工及相關合作夥伴緊密結合。
本研究採用修正後的DeLone and McLean(2003)資訊系統成功模型為基礎,為了解員工使用使用企業內部入口網站(EIP)之情況與其工作/科技之相關性,又加入工作/科技配適度構面進行分析。
由於企業內部入口網站(EIP)已成為公司內最重要之資訊交換平台,員工不論公務或生活大小事…等各項訊息均可由此發佈、取得與處理,幾乎所有員工都必須仰賴此平台處理公務與個人事務,因此本研究將公司所有在職有登入權限之員工做為隨機抽樣研究對象,進行實證研究;本研究採網路問卷方式,問券共回收549份,其中無效問券7份,有效問券542份,有效率達98.72%。
研究結果顯示:1.「格式化」對資訊品質有顯著的正向影響。2.「靈活性」對系統品質有顯著的正向影響。3.「服務可靠性」對服務品質有顯著的正向影響。4.系統品質對使用者滿意度有顯著的正向影響。5.工作/科技配適度對使用者滿意度有顯著正向影響。最後,依據研究的結論提出個人建議,以供系統改善參考。
Abstract
Along with internationalization, liberalization and under global competitor's entry, Enterprise do the best how to keep competitive ability and grant full development. Therefore, the information technology was adopted to be one of the tools to sustain the competitive advantage. It could allocate all resources including internet, intranet and www site to combine in one integrated Web-based interface. This Web sute could share information and coorperate tightly with the the realted suppliers, distributors, customers and employees…etc.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfacation of Enterprise Information Portal(EIP). Research model was based on DeLone and McLean updated model of information systems success and jointed the “Task-Technology Fit” dimension.
Data were obtained from the employees of objected company in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and 542 effective responses were retained for analysis. Statistic analysis was used to estimate the fit of the overall model and to analyze the relationship between variables.
According to the results of the study: 1.Format have significant positive impacts on Information Quality. 2.Flexibility have significant positive impacts on System Quality. 3.Service Reliability have significant positive impacts on Service Quality. 4.System Quality has significant positive impacts on Service Satisfaction. 5.Task-Technology Fit have significant positive impacts on Service Satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, conclusion and suggestions were proposed for reference.
