本文旨在探討中泰兩國自1975年建交以迄2015年期間雙邊政經互動與發展
現況。由於地理上毗鄰，中國與泰國自古以來即在政治、經濟、社會與文化上對
接而彼此影響。特別是，東協自1997 年亞洲金融風暴後加速推動區域整合後，
區域化對中泰兩國關係亦產生深刻之影響。因此，本研究採區域主義作為研究途
徑，並將論文劃分為政治關係、經貿關係以及區域化等三個部分進行討論，期能
藉此觀察、分析與解釋中泰兩國政經關係之變遷，進而推論中泰關係在東南亞區
域化中的角色定位，以及區域化對中泰雙邊關係之影響與衝擊。研究發現，在後
冷戰時期新區域主義助長區域化的趨勢下，中泰兩國雙邊外交互動卻不侷限在經
濟面向，兩國在政治、軍事、社會文化及區域共同開發等合作，均有遠超越其他
東協成員的大幅成長。展望未來，在RCEP、次區域經濟合作以及一帶一路等機
制的帶動下，區域整合與經貿合作將為中泰關係的鞏固與深化提供豐沛動能，並
成為帶動區域永續發展的重要關鍵。

This thesis aims to explore political and economic relations between China and
Thailand from 1975 to 2015. Given the geographic proximity, China maintains
political, economic and culture relations with Thailand for a long time. After 1997
Asian financial crisis, ASEAN accelerated its regional economic integration that
resulted in regionalization having impact on Sino-Thai relations. For observing,
analyzing, and explaining the change of the bilateral relations, this thesis uses
regionalism as research approach and divides discussion into three parts included
politics, economics and regionalization. Based on the studies, we can surmise the
regionalization role and impact of the Sino-Thai relation in the South-Eastern Asia.
This thesis provides that, under the trend of new regionalism, Sino-Thai relations,
beyond other ASEAN countries, improve not only economic but political, military,
social, culture, and joint development in the post-Cold War era. Looking into future,
both regional integration and trade cooperation will provide abundant energy of
strong and deepening Sino-Thai relations, especially RCEP, sub-regional economic
cooperation, and one belt one road initiative. Then, the Sino-Thai relations will be the
keystone of regional sustainable development.
