【摘要】

中國如何透過對非洲國家提供經濟援助，藉此達成所欲期望的政治利益？中國的對外經援政策，與受援國支持其外交立場關連程度為何？除此之外，中國自1978年逐步實行改革開放以來，促使整體國家發展策略的轉向，以及1990年冷戰體系的結束，造成國際權力結構的變化。在此其中，援外政策如何成為中國擴展對外政經關係的有利籌碼，其策略定位與功能，相對於冷戰時期的援外政策之差異程度為何？透過中國提供對外經濟援助的歷史發展，與分析權力結構的依賴關係，並依此建立本文的理論架構。並從中檢驗中國利用對非洲的經濟援助，逐漸掌握非洲國家經濟成長的關鍵因素，藉此擴展中國於當地的經濟影響力，進而成為非洲國家支持中國外交立場之內在動力。
