鼠尾鱈為深海魚種,分布水深約從200到2000公尺。在深海環境中,聲音或許是最好的溝通方式。前人研究指出鼠尾鱈的魚鰾上有肌肉,推測是發音肌,但沒有更多相關資料。本研究從生化、組織和形態去證實雄性台灣腔吻鱈魚鰾上一對薄而小的組織為肌肉,進一步根據所得資料推測為發音肌。本研究的目的包括(1)解剖檢視在台灣西南海域捕獲的四種鼠尾鱈科中台灣腔吻鱈、岸上氏腔吻鱈 、窄吻腔吻鱈、橫帶腔吻鱈,共四種魚的魚鰾上方都有一對薄片狀的組織,但只能確認只有雄性的台灣腔吻鱈有魚鰾上有此特徵,其餘三種的解剖標本但其性別無法確定;(2)利用組織學證實雄性台灣腔吻鱈魚鰾上的薄片組織為肌肉組織;(3)利用蛋白質體實驗鑑定雄性台灣腔吻鱈魚鰾上的肌肉和體壁肌中的小清蛋白異構物的種類和表現量;(4)比較外生型(花身雞魚和棘鼬鳚)和內生型(台灣腔吻鱈)魚鰾上的肌肉小清蛋白的表現量和有無異構物。結果顯示雄性台灣腔吻鱈在魚鰾上一對薄片狀的組織為肌肉組織,其肌肉組織為橫紋肌。其小清蛋白表現量約為體側白肌的0.8倍。含有三種小清蛋白異構物(Parv1、Parv2、Parv3),以Parv1表現量為最多。再和另外兩種外生型發音肌的淺海和深海魚類與先前研究的內生型發音肌的印尼蟾奇魚相比,Parv1在雄性台灣腔吻鱈和印尼蟾奇魚的發音肌中,表現量為最多。
Abstract
Rattails are deep-sea fishes, that live in 200-2000 m. Voice may be the best way to communication in the deep sea environment. Muscles have been reported on the swim bladder of some rattails and they were considered as sonic muscle. However, no acoustic data was available to confirm this inference. To prove the tissue on the swimming bladder of male Coelorinchus formosanus is muscle in biochemical, histological, morphological way, according to our data, presume the muscle is sonic muscle. Male and female of C. formosanus is a rattail species in commercial ocean at southwest water Taiwan. The aims of this study were to (1) survey the tissue associated with the swim bladder of rattail species in Taiwan. Coelorinchus formosanus, C. kishinouyei, C. .leptorhinus, C. cingulatus, that the only the male possessed a pair of thin and small tissue on the anterior-dorsal part of the swim bladders and sexual dimorphism was noted in C. formosanus that only the male have sonic muscle. However, the sexes of the species of the other three species that also possessed the tissue were unable to be determined;(2) to prove that the tissue is muscle by histological evidences;(3) to estimate the intensity and isoforms of parvalbumin in the said tissue on the swim bladder and white body muscle in C. formosanus;(4) to compare the intensity and isoform types of parvalbumin in the swim bladder muscles on the swim bladders, of C. formosanus. The results show that the tissue on the swim bladder is muscle in male C. formosanus. Parvalbumin in the tissue on the swim bladder of C. formosanus were 0.8 time to white muscle, and there were 3 types parvalbumin isoforms (Parv1, Parv2, Parv3). (5) Compare the shallow and deep fish of extrinsic and intrinsic sonic muscle of (i.e. Allenbatrachus grunniens、Hoplobrotula armata and Terapon jarbua), Parv1 is the most intensity in A. grunniens and C. formosanus.
