摘要
本研究以Mincer之人力資本薪資模型來探討經濟部加工出口區工人之教育程度與工作經驗對薪資所得的影響，計量方法則採用時間數列之單根檢定及Johansen最大概似估計法探討人力資本變數與薪資所得之關聯。本研究期間自1986年1月起至2003年11月止共215筆資料。
本研究獲致的主要發現如下：一、取對數之薪資所得及人力資本變數（教育程度、工作經驗）皆屬於非定態（nonstationary）時間數列。二、取對數之薪資所得（lnY）、教育程度（s）、工作經驗（t）具有一組共整合關係： ，亦即教育程度及工作經驗與薪資所得呈正相關，各變數係數符號符合Mincer之人力資本薪資函數的變數關係。三、教育水準提高1年，將使薪資所得增加3.5736%。
