中文摘要 |
本論文主要是利用MBE 系統,在 Al2O3(11-20) 基板成長超薄Co 膜於 Pt 緩衝層上,藉由STM 和RHEED 研究其表面形貌和磊晶結構,且利用MOKE 的 變化來研究其磁異向性之特性。Pt 緩衝層的成長溫度為800℃,厚度為10 nm, 可得的平坦的 Pt(111) 面,接著在室溫再長上不同厚度的Co 膜,其表面結構與 磁性皆會隨著Co 膜厚度不同而改變。本論文主要研究的方向是比較Co 膜在 Pt/ Al2O3(11-20) 上和Co 膜在 Pt(111) 基板上的表面結構和磁異向性的異同。 |
