中文摘要
本論文主要的目標在利用各種色層分析方式分離傘形 (Xenia florida) 、叢羽 (Cespitularia sp.) 和星型 (Asterospicularia laurae) 這三種台灣產軟珊瑚以及濱海藥用植物菲律賓五味子 (Kadsura philippinensis) 之乙酸乙酯萃取物並分析鑑定所含的化學組成成分,共計分離得四十三個天然物,其中有二十五個為新化合物,並檢測分離到化合物的生物活性。

在研究期間從傘型軟珊瑚中分離出一個新骨架化合物 xeniolactone A (1) 與兩個xeniolide-type新天然物 xeniolactone B 與 C (2, 3) 及八個已知化合物florlide C、9-deoxyxeniolide B、xeniolide H、florlide A 與 G 、 floridicin 、blumiolide B 及 xeniaoxolane 。由叢羽軟珊瑚中分離出八個新化合物包括四個cespitularane 類化合物 4
Abstract
This dissertation mainly discussed the investigation of three different Formosan soft corals, Xenia florida, Cespitularia sp., and Asterospicularia laurae, and also the coral medicinal herb Kadsura philippinensis. Their EtOAc extracts were investigated by chromatography. Forty-three natural products, including twenty- five new natural products were isolated and parts of their biological activities were studied.

Xeniolactone A (1), a new skeleton natural product, and xeniolactones B and C (2, 3) were isolated from Xenia florida, together with eight known compounds florlide C, 9-deoxyxeniolide B, xeniolide H, florlides A and G, floridicin, blumiolide B and xeniaoxolane .
