間接式矩陣轉換器為無直流鏈電容之交流-交流轉換器,電路由整流端與變流端所組成並使用載波脈波調變產生電路之開關訊號。間接式矩陣轉換器無直流鏈電容,故直流鏈電壓為不定值,因此電路兩端之開關需符合「零電流切換」規則,「零電流切換」規則定義為整流端開關切換於變流端開關為零態向量時。
對間接式矩陣轉換器電路之輸入端控制虛功、輸出端控制負載電壓及變頻負載實驗,以頻率響應波德圖分析其控制器之穩定性並驗證電路功能性。
Abstract
Indirect Matrix Converter (IMC) is one kind of the AC-AC converters. IMC is composed by Rectifier stage and Inverter stage. IMC without using capacitor, so the dc-link voltage is not a constant value, therefore the switch of Rectifier stage and Inverter stage needs to follow "zero current switching". The "zero current switching" delimit as Rectifier stage switching when Inverter stage is zero vector. This paper is using carrier-based Pulse Width Modulation control two stages switches.
We do input reactive power control at input side and output voltage control, variable-frequency load at output side with IMC, and also analysis the controller stability, and verify its stability.
