本研究目的為：一、敘述研究者與這群因吸菸行為而被轉介輔導室的青少年之團體歷程。二、呈現團體成員之轉變與體會。三、根據團體歷程，提出幾項建議，以供學校實務的輔導工作參考。本研究對象為高雄市某高中的學生，經由學務處轉介輔導室，再由輔導室選出適當的人選。受試者參加每週兩次，每次50分鐘，共八週16小時的阿德勒取向諮商團體。另外，參加者在團體前、團體結束當週及團體結束後三個月都會接受高雄市衛生局「青少年戒菸輔導行為改變問卷」之施測，研究者整理所得的資料比較前-後測、前-追蹤測之差異，另以團體活動回饋單、導師訪談、團體過程紀錄作為團體輔導活動實施效果的依據。研究者帶領的「阿德勒取向團體諮商」對高中生戒菸輔導之研究，發現六位成員中只有一位在接受八週16小時的團體後成功戒菸，而其他五位成員則在戒菸的立即性與追蹤性無效果；然而，透過學習單、作業單、回饋單中、成員自述、或者導師訪談中，可以看到成員在團體的互動及正向支持下，自己、親人、或他人的人際互動之轉變。所以希望藉由此研究，讓學校教育人員（包含教、訓、輔單位）、助人工作者能夠瞭解有吸菸行為的青少年在學校中的處境，及提供一個真正有正向支持的學習環境是多麽重要的一件事。

The main purposes of this study were: (1) to examine the intervention effect of the Adlerian group counseling on smoking cessation among adolescent smokers; (2) to describe group members’ changes in the self and social interaction; (3) and to generate suggestions for the practices of school counseling. The research participants were six high school students enrolled at a private high school in Kaohsiung City. They were referred to the counseling center for their smoking behavior. The group counseling consisted of eight sessions. Each counseling session lasted fifty minutes and was administrated every two weeks. The current research employed “the Adolescent Smoking Cessation Counseling Questionnaire” as the dependent measure of immediate and follow-up counseling effects. In addition, feedbacks from group members, interviews with class tutors, and recording sheets of group processes were collected as supplementary information for evaluation of counseling effects. Only one participant successfully quitted smoking after receiving the eight-week, 16-hour group counseling. However, supplementary information indicated that all participants had showed improvement in social skills, mutual respect and understanding, and positive attitudes towards the future. Research limitations, future directions, and practical implications were discussed.
