隨著社會的進步、科技發展的環境之下,人們在環保意識也不斷提升。近年來環境與組織的議題在西方國家開始備受討論,因而發展出環境之組織公民行為(OCBE),對於環境問題與組織的關係在本國也應該重視。

本研究採取問卷調查法及統計軟體進行分析,回收有效樣本322份,資料經由信度分析、因素分析、描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森相關分析以及階層迴歸分析。探討公務人員心理賦權、工作滿意對環境之組織公民行為影響程度的因果關係,另外加入工作壓力、情緒勞務、幸福感探討等構面,驗證公務人員體系裡,構面之間的關係。

本研究經過統計分析結果顯示,公務人員之心理賦權對環境之組織公民行為具有正向且顯著關係;公務人員之工作壓力對工作滿意度具有負向且顯著關係;公務人員之情緒勞務-深層演出對工作滿意度具有正向且顯著關係;公務人員之工作滿意對於環境之組織公民行為具正向且顯著關係;公務人員之工作滿意度對幸福感具有正向且顯著的關係;公務人員之背景變項的不同會影響環境之組織民行為、情緒勞務、心理賦權、工作滿意度、幸福感的認知程度。
Abstract
Social development and advanced technology, had improved people’s environmental-friendly awareness. Recently, The issues related to environment and organization have been extensively examined among western countries and furtherly contribute to the idea of OCBE. They developed a model be called Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment by Western researchers. The relationship between environmental issues and organizations was deserved to be explored in our countries.

This study was conducted by questionnaire and collected 322 valid samples, then we used factor analyses, t-tests, one way anova, pearson correlations, and multiple linear regressions to analyze the data.

The results show that the civil servants’ psychological empowerment, job satisfaction is highly relevant to OCBE. Secondly, the job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Thirdly, the deep acting of emotional labor has a positive effect on the job satisfaction. Fourthly, the job satisfaction of civil servants has a positive effect on the psychological wellbeing.
