精實生產在業界實施已久,精實生產主要源於豐田式生產(Toyota Production System, TPS),是一種系統性的生產方式,其核心內容主要在於減少生產過程中的無益浪費,用最少的工序創造最高的價值。它不只是改善的工具,更是一套完整的企業管理思維,是企業思考如何追求以最小的投資,為顧客創造最大價值的方式。本研究以精實生產為核心,旨在探討企業實施精實生產時,各構面對於精實生產所產生的績效影響,並探討在員工的參與之下,企業如何能夠藉由精實生產的導入,達到降低成本、加速交期並維持高品質,以強化其核心競爭能力。
本研究以Marin-Garcia & Bonavia (2013)與Shan & Ward(2007)的精實生產模型為基礎,並加入管理成熟度,以瞭解「授權」、「訓練」、「上下溝通」、「績效獎金」、「管理成熟度」這些構面對於「精實生產」與「績效」的影響。本研究問卷以網路問卷方式進行調查,問卷回收共158份,其中無效問卷3份,有效率達98.1%。研究結果顯示:1. 「精實生產」對於「績效」有顯著的正向影響。2. 「授權」、「訓練」對「精實生產」具有顯著的正向影響。根據研究結果提出兩點建議:1.加強精實生產觀念,參與推及各層級。2.加強訓練、賦予權力,提升員工向心增加組織績效。
Abstract
Lean production is a systematic mode of production from Toyota production system (TPS) and has been implemented in the industry for a long time. The core of lean production is to reduce waste in production, it creating the highest value with the least process. Lean production is not just a tool for performance improvement but a complete set of business management thinking for business to pursue with minimum input to create the most value for customers. The core of this study aims to discuss the influence on the performance of lean production and how to reduce cost, speed up delivery and enhance high quality with the implementation of lean production.
This study is based on Lean production model of Marin-Garcia & Bonavia (2013) and Shan & Ward(2007) added the factor of management maturity for understanding how empowerment, training, communication, contingent remuneration and management maturity cause the different influence on the performance of lean production. Data obtained from internet and 158 questionnaires were collected totally, which included 3 invalid questionnaires, and the effective rate is 98.1%. Our results show:1. Lean production has significant positive impacts on performance. 2. Empowerment and training have significant positive impacts on lean production. According to the conclusion of this research, we propose two suggestions to relative organizations as a reference. 1. Strengthening the concept of lean production and extend to all levels of the organization. 2. Accentuation training and empowerment to enhance employee’s centripetal force and corporate performance.
