台灣最主要航空站桃園國際航空站（桃園機場）周邊之小客車機場接
送服務源自於民國68 年2 月啟用後，由於機場地處桃園縣大園鄉，距離大
台北都會區約有40 餘公里，且當時除中山高速公路機場聯絡道與鄰近的市
區道路外，並無其他交通建設到達桃園機場，旅客如要進出機場，除了自
行開車或由親友接送外，就必須仰賴各式營業之運輸服務，機場接送服務
業因此需求而產生。
機場接送服務產業的經營方式多年來並沒有太大的改變，但因客戶對
服務品質的需求將越來越高，其他如桃園機場捷運等替代的運輸方式選擇
也越來越多，面對這些需求與挑戰，機場接送服務的行銷策略必須要有所
轉變並重新定位。
本研究以透過使用行銷策略分析的方式與個案研究的觀察來探討機場
接送業者HC 公司面對產業環境變化時，如何做好因應的準備，將企業本
身的優勢加以強化，重新調整市場的區隔後，依不同屬性之客群需求，提
出對應的行銷策略，而達到HC 公司的長遠競爭優勢之目的。

The airport limousine service around airport started from Taoyaun
International Airport (Taoyuan Airport) in Feb 1979, which is the most
important Air Station in Taiwan. Taoyuan airport located in Dayuan Township,
Taoyuan County is about 40km from the Taipei Metropolitan area. There is no
other transportation construction to reach Taoyuan Airport other than Sun
Yat-sen Freeway airport access road and the neighboring urban roads around.
So most travelers in or out of country have to rely on all kinds of
transportation services in addition to their own car or drive by friends or
relatives, which airport limousine service therefore resulted.
The operation mode of the airport limousine service business has not
changed much for years. Due to the high demand to increase service quality
and other alternative modes of transportation selection to Taoyuan Airport e.g.
MRT, airport limousine service marketing strategy has to change and
reposition in the face of these needs and challenges.
In this study, through the marketing strategy analysis and case study to
explore how to prepare to strengthen the advantage of the enterprise itself and
re-adjust the market segment position strategy for the current airport limousine
service provider HC Company when facing the drastic changes in the industry
environment. Thus, an individual customer attribute base service strategy is
proposed as a corresponding strategy in order to achieve the purpose of the HC
Company’s long-term competitive advantage.
