中文摘要
政府選擇新的能源政策的同時,必須考慮影響的範圍及影響後的結果,本研究利用Eviews軟體,使用時間序列分析方法,針對台灣與韓國1990-2014年的資料,進行能源消費、二氧化碳排放量與經濟成長之實證。
實證結果表明,台灣方面能源消費與經濟成長具有雙向因果關係,避免能源消費對於經濟的影響,應提高能源效率及再生能源取代化石燃料。經濟成長與二氧化碳排放量具有單向因果關係,顯示為維持經濟成長的穩定及環境,應考慮能源轉型或實施碳交易。二氧化碳排放量與能源消費量具有雙向因果關係,應充分及運用再生能源。
韓國方面,經濟成長與能源消費量具有單向因果關係,但是經濟成長與二氧化碳排放量、二氧化碳排放量與能源消費量皆不具有因果關係,在實施政策方面,韓國較台灣限制較少。
Abstract
The government must consider the scope of the impact and the consequences when it chooses a new energy policy. This study using EViews software, uses the time series analysis method to analyze energy consumption, carbon dioxide emission and economic growth through the data of Taiwan and Korea from 1990 to 2014.
In Taiwan the empirical results show that there is a two-way causal relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, avoiding the impact of energy consumption on the economy, we should increase energy efficiency and replace fossil fuels with renewable energies. Economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions have a one-way causal relationship, indicating that in order to maintain the stability of economic growth and environment, should consider energy transformation or the implementation of carbon trading. Carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption have a two-way causal relationship, should be fully and use of renewable energy.
In South Korea, economic growth and energy consumption has a one-way causal relationship, but economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions, carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption are not causal relationship, in the implementation of policies, South Korea than Taiwan less restrictive.
