||In recent years, traditional glass substrate is gradually replaced by the soft material on electronic products. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) have the advantages of flexible , low energetic surface so there are many applications in flexible display technology.|
Generally manufacturing electrode on PDMS must be in the high temperature. Electrode will be cracked because the thermal stress between PDMS and the metal. So we adpopt electrophoretic deposition which can be in the low temperature to solve the problem.
In the electrophoretic deposition process, we accidentally discovered aqueous solvent can etch ITO. This method can reduce acid concentration to (1M) and achieve the purpose of etching ITO.
Then we use silver nanoparticles as the dispersed phase and Iso-propanol as the continuous phase deposited on the ITO. And observed the particle size distribution and deposition area of regional growth scenario.
