近年來許多老師迫於現況的無奈,漸漸失去對教育的熱忱,卻有部分的老師對教育充滿愛與熱忱,而這部分的老師通常都是受學生喜愛的教師。研究者大學時教授曾說過有些人天生就是有股講台上的魅力,這就是「魅力教師」。研究者便想試著將這個看似抽象的詞彙,更真實的描繪出來。本研究針對共4校的27位中學師生做半結構質性訪談,描繪出師生觀點中魅力教師的形象。研究結果發現:教師、學生皆認為有幽默風趣、與學生互動良好、教學方法多元,為魅力教師須具備的要素。另外也得到有趣的發現:科目並不影響學生對於魅力教師的看法,且國、高中學生對於魅力教師外貌表達出不同的看法。
Abstract
In recent years, because of the current situation of frustration, many teachers are gradually loss of enthusiasm for education.However ,there are many teachers, who are filled with positive and enthusiastic on education, are more pupolar with students. My university professor have been said, some teachers have outstanding charisma on the lectern clled Charismatic Teachers.
In this study, we try to specifically indicate the abstract word "charisma" that charming teachers have. This study made a semi-structured interview for 27 students and teachers of four school. I find both teachers and students consider having charm and funny, good interaction with students, diversified teaching are the primary factor that the popular teacher owned.
In addition, an interesting thing was found: the opinion of charismatic teachers from students isn't changed by subject, and junior high school student and senior high school student express their view of looks of charismatic teachers.
