  對於鴉片類藥癮者戒除之困難重重而言,美沙冬替代治療在醫護人員監督下提供藥物,以口服方式取代注射方式,能有效的幫助藥癮者之戒斷症狀,如此可以避免經由血液交換如愛滋、肝炎等傳染性疾病的感染,使鴉片類藥癮者可以正常生活、工作、有更良好的人際關係、提高其生活品質進而改善治安。在成癮者的戒毒復健之路上,美沙冬替代治療同時也提供了一個可近性的照護平台。
 研究目的:本研究目的在利用問卷調查來瞭解美沙冬替代治療(Methadone Maintenance Therapy) 的服務品質、滿意度,與顧客忠誠度之間的相互影響關係,以做為毒癮者復健治療策略之參考。
 研究對象與方法:係採調查研究法,調查對象為南部某社區醫院現有約160例之美沙冬替代治療病患,使用Zineldin(2006)認為醫療服務中彼此互動與溝通的過程所產生的知覺品質好壞會反映出病人的滿意與否因此他提出一個5Qs模型(5Qs model) 來衡量醫療服務品質。而依5Qs模型(5Qs model)設計問卷,並調查病患之滿意度、忠誠度。總共發出問卷128 份,扣除少部份填答不完整而判定為無效問卷16份,問卷回收率為100%,有效問卷率87.5%。
 研究結果發現:
  1.美沙冬替代治療醫療服務之目標品質與過程品質對病患滿意度及病患忠誠度有正向相關呈現顯著之影響。
  2.美沙冬替代治療病患之滿意度與忠誠度呈正向相關顯著影響。
Abstract
  In view of the difficulties to help opioid-relate abuser quit it, MMT (Methadone Maintenance Therapy) which provided with oral methadone method instead of heroin injection has been successful since its inception. It has been routinely reported conducive to effectively reduce the cost and frequency of heroin injection, prevent or reverse abstinence symptoms, reduce the crime rate and contamined risk of HIV and hepatitis, as well as promoting health improvement, employment status, quality of life, and interpersonal relationships. As a platform, MMT allows patients the opportunities to promote normative and rehabilitative activities.
 Purpose:
  To explore the relationships among service quality, satisfaction, and patient’s loyalty as expressed by MMT at a community hospital in southern Taiwan. Furthermore, we can take advantage of the patients’ feedback to do some strategies of rehabilitation.
 Materials:
  160 patients taking Methadone Maintenance Therapy as objects at a community hospital in the Southern Taiwan.
 Method and Analysis:
  We adapt a 5Qs model addressed by Zineldin (2006), which has been used to measure the medical quality by means of surveying the patients’ satisfaction and loyalty to indicate the interaction during the course of treatment. According to the 5Qs model, we design questionnaire to survey the patients’ satisfaction and loyalty. The data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by statistics methods .There are totally 128 sheets of questionnaire dispatched with 16 invalid questionnaires. The Overall response rate is 100% and the valid response is 87.5%.
 Result:
  1. The objective and processing quality of the medical service of MMT are significantly positively related to the patients’ satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Patients’ satisfaction is significantly positively related to the patients’ loyalty.
