中文摘要
本研究目的為了瞭解轉換型領導與團體效能之間的關係研究以團體凝聚力為中介變項,首先對於轉換型領導、團隊凝聚力及團隊效能進行探討,其次以團隊凝力為中介角色,主要受測對象中國上海市國營企業員工。共發出200份網路問卷,總共回收126分問卷,扣除無效問卷10份,有效問卷為116份。
研究結果發現:
1. 轉換型領導與團隊凝聚力呈正向相關。
2. 轉換型領導與團隊效能呈正向相關。
3. 團隊凝聚力與團隊效能呈正向相關。
4. 團隊凝聚裡的確有助於團隊效能的提升。
Abstract
The aim of this study is to learn the relationship between transformational leadership and team effectiveness, team cohesion is mediating variable. Firstly, we study the connotation of transformational leadership、team effectiveness and team cohesion. Then test the employees from state-owned company in Shanghai. We all issue 200 network questionnaires, take back 126, there are 10 in vain, and 116 is valid.
The research find that:
1.Transformational leadership has significant positive influence on team cohesion.
2.Transformational leadership has significant positive influence on team effectiveness
3.Team cohesion has significant positive influence on team effectiveness
4.Team cohesion can promote team effectiveness.
