磁振造影(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)以氫質子作為訊號的來源，提供醫師以非侵入式的方法觀察人體內的影像。磁振頻譜(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, MRS)以同樣的原理，將人體內的組織以頻譜的方式顯示其部位所含的代謝物濃度，藉以觀察病徵。

LCModel為一套可靠的磁振頻譜分析軟體，透過與以往不同的方式量化分析頻譜，在臨床上廣泛被使用。但因為其要價昂貴，一般單位無法大量購買，加上版權的限制，使用者只能在已安裝程式之本機，或是透過額外購買的遠端桌面軟體連線使用，造成同一單位使用者使用上的不便。

本實驗室已畢業的學長針對這個問題曾經設計出一套使用網頁呈現的遠端使用LCModel的軟體，其方便性十分足夠，但對於多人使用上的安全性考量不足，讓使用者有疑慮。

本研究使用MATLAB作為開發工具，設計一套可以遠端使用LCModel的程式，承襲學長所設計的方便性優點，並解決其安全性問題。以MrStruct架構為設計基礎，提升其擴充性，提供一個基礎，未來可以此基礎做其他功能性的擴充。

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is the technique that takes proton as the resource of signal, providing doctors a non-invasive method to observe the tissues of human bodies. Based on the similar technique, Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) was developed to display the concentrations of metabolites from each part of human bodies with spectra to observe the features of diseases.

LCModel is a reliable software that analyzes the MR spectra. Through automatic post-processing methods to quantify and analyze spectrum, it is already widely used in clinical. However the price of LCModel is expensive, it is not affordable to buy large amounts copies of LCModel within one institute. Furthermore, duo to the copyright, users can only install the software on registered machine or have to access it by remote connection software. This makes users feel inconvenient while using the software.

A graduate of our lab, Cheng-Yu Hsu, designed a user-friendly tool based on web browsers to access LCModel. However, the security of this tool based on web system needs to be further improved.

In order to improve the security issue, we constructed a program using MATLAB to solve the problem and inherit the advantages of the previous version which Hsu has made. Besides, our program was written with the structure of 'MrStruct', which enhances the extensibility of further compatible software in the future.
