由於2008年的金融海嘯 ，使得經濟成長高度仰賴出口的台灣也受到了嚴重的波及，面對當時國內景氣低迷與高失業率等問題，台灣政府採取發放消費券的政策 ，希望能藉此促進國內的經濟成長 。然而，在本文透過一般動態隨機均衡(DSGE)模型探討此政策後發現 ，雖然消費券政策確實提升了本國消費 ，但也同時對投資產生了負面的影響，使得消費券政策提升國內經濟成長並未達到明顯的效果 。

Since the financial tsunami in 2008, Taiwan's economic growth was severely affected due to its high dependence on exports.To solve the domestic economic slowdown and high unemployment and other issues, the Taiwanese government issued a consumption voucher program, hoping to stimulate economic growth.This paper uses the dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model to investigate this policy, and finds consumption vouchers indeed stimulated domestic consumption, but the negative impact on investments made the effects of promoting economic growth insignificant.
