供應鏈金融誕生發展至今，由於信息不對稱、信用難以傳遞、交易效率低等問題，發展受阻。區塊鏈技術利用其去中心化、可編程、可追溯、安全可信等特性，可以幫助供應鏈金融突破發展障礙，並形成區塊鏈供應鏈金融模式，幫助供應鏈中的中小企業解決融資難的問題。本文以前瞻性視角，通過闡述區塊鏈核心技術特徵，結合傳統供應鏈金融存在的發展障礙，提出基於區塊鏈的解決方案。預測性提出區塊鏈供應鏈金融平台的構建，業務模式的創建，探討區塊鏈技術在應收帳款融資、預付帳款融資及存貨融資業務模式中可能的應用。經過分析總結區塊鏈技術對供應鏈金融發展帶來的積極及消極影響，並給出發展建議。

Since the creation of supply chain finance, development has been hindered due to asymmetric information, difficult to transmit credit, and low transaction efficiency. Blockchain technology will help supply chain finance overcome development barriers by its decentralized, programmable, traceable, safe and trusted features, and form a blockchain supply chain finance model to help SMEs to solve the difficulties in financing. From a forward-looking perspective, this paper proposes a solution based on blockchain by expounding the core technology features of blockchain and combining the obstacles in the development of traditional supply chain finance. Predictively proposes the construction of a blockchain supply chain financial platform, the creation of a business model, and discusses possible application of blockchain technology in accounts receivable financing, prepayment financing, and inventory financing business models. Finally, summing up the positive and negative impacts of blockchain technology on the development of supply chain finance, and giving development suggestions.
