尼采於《查拉圖斯特拉如是說》中提出了著名的超人說。簡單而言，超人的意涵在於，主動開啟價值重估的歷程，克服自身對既有價值體系的依賴，以突破被既有價值體系奴役的狀態，創造出自己獨特的價值。若生命如尼采所言是權力意志，有其攀升與下墜、強盛與衰弱，那麼脆弱必然也是人的一部分。如何面對自身的傷與脆弱，甚至是自我超克的關鍵。我們能否承認生命具有脆弱與易受傷害的面向，而帶著樣的脆弱開啟價值重估的歷程？
本論文欲探問，當尼采思想中的超人落實在具體的人身上，將呈顯為什麼樣貌？本論文以自殺的女同志小說家邱妙津以及慰安婦為例，從尼采思想中的「價值重估」和「創造」切入，闡明二者如何在既有價值體系的壓迫中自我賦權。藉上述的兩個例子，本論文也反思：尼采如何面對自己的傷？他承擔起了自己懷才不遇的命運嗎？尼采晚年陷入與世人隔絕的瘋狂狀態，邱妙津自殺了；而慰安婦們卻活了下來，並且投入人群、參與社會。我們要問，承擔起自身命運之痛苦與創傷，並與他人展開對話的慰安婦們所體現之「女超人」，是否更貼近於尼采所設想的「超人」呢？

Nietzsche raised his noteworthy notion of superman in his Thus Spoke Zarathustra. In one word, this notion relies theoretically on the fact that one actively launches the process of transvaluation of values and then overcomes his or her reliance on the existing value system in order to break through the enslavement of the existing system and create the value of one’s own. If life is will to power, with its rise and fall, with its strength and weakness, as Nietzsche suggests, then vulnerability is unavoidably a part of life. How one faces the trauma and vulnerability of one’s own, or even overcomes himself or herself serves as the key: Can we affirm the vulnerability of life and then bear the vulnerability to initiate the process of transvaluation of values?
The questions that the study attempts to inquire are, how would it be like if the Nietzschean superman is actualized in real life? The study employs the cases embodied by the lesbian novelist Qiu Miaojin and comfort women in an attempt to elucidate how one empowers herself under the existing value system of oppression through Nietzsche’s notions of “transvaluation of values” and “creation. From the two cases, the study attempts to reconsider the questions that follow: How would Nietzsche face his own trauma? How would he bear the destiny that his wits were ignored? In his later years, Nietzsche fell into the madness and became isolated from the crowds; in her late years, Qiu committed suicide; and in their late years, the comfort women survived and even thrived, devoted themselves to the crowds and the participation of the society. One cannot help but ask whether the figure of “superwoman” embodied by the comfort women—who, bearing their pain and trauma of the destiny, embark on the dialogue with others in the society—proves to be more relevant to Nietzsche’s “superman.”
