近年來供應鏈風險管理已經逐漸成為面對全球競爭企業所必須考量的重要議題，而每一家企業的營運發展，也將會建構在一個完整的管理系統應用下，才能在激烈的競爭環境下，持續發揮競爭優勢。在另一方面由於地球暖化效應造成的極端氣候持續發生，區域性衝突與經濟危機不曾間斷，國際間各政府與組織為了解決與避免問題的惡化更紛紛祭出許多嚴苛的規定或法條，而這些天災或人為造成的障礙，都有可能讓各個產業之供應鏈出現供貨不正常甚至斷鏈之現象，這些變故，不但造成企業的營運衝擊，影響企業的營收，喪失商機，更甚者將影響商譽危及存亡。
本研究以個案研究方式，探討個案公司在體認到在面臨全球化的挑戰，以及多變的市場環境必須擁有自己的策略來因應供應鏈風險所造成的影響，以提升企業本身的競爭力，並透過資源的整合，有效掌握在全球激烈競爭下的企業優勢。
本研究透過在文獻探討搜尋及研究個案公司持續營運管理系統，來進行企業在營運生產流程之衝擊性分析與內外部風險威脅災害資料之收集，挑選出風險較高之關鍵性作業，再針對關鍵性作業進行衝擊性分析及風險評估後，鑑別出高風險關鍵作業進而提出預防、轉移、預警、緊急應變、災後復原、危機管理與營運持續計畫，並藉由定期的演練將可能發生的風險降至最低。研究結果可提供企業在發展成長策略時，該如何與時俱進、避開或降低供應鏈風險所造成的衝擊或損失，以持續在全球化的競爭中贏得先機。

In recent years, supply chain risk has increasingly become a key management issue of an enterprise that face to global competition must be considered, and for the development of an enterprise, it will also build a complete supply chain management system, in order to ensure profit in today's low margin era and continue to getting sustained profitable competitive advantage. On the other hand, the extreme climate caused by the effects of global warming continuous happened, regional conflicts and economic crisis has not stopped, governments and international organizations want to solve these problem and avoid the deterioration, they have resorted more and more draconian regulations or statute. These obstacles caused by natural or human-made, these changes are likely to occur supply abnormal in the supply chain, further more, it will caused chain scission, the impact of the operation of the enterprise is not only affect business revenue, loss of business opportunities, even more will affect the survival of an enterprise.
This study use case study method to discuss the case company realized that face to the challenges of globalization and the change of the market must have its own strategy to cope with the impact of supply chain risk, in order to enhance international competitiveness, and moderate to integrate global resources to effectively grasp itself advantages.
This study will through the literature discussion and the case study of business continuity management of the case company. To collect the data of the disaster impact analysis and internal and external risks threat that in the operation flow of an enterprise. To pick out a higher risk of critical operations, then conduct business impact analysis and risk assessment to the critical operation to identify high-risk critical operation and proposed to prevention、transfer、early warning、emergency response、disaster recovery plan、crisis management and business continuity plan. And to minimize the risk by periodic drills. The study result may provide enterprises a method in the development of growth strategies. How to avoid and reduce the impact or loss caused by the supply chain risk and win the business in the global competition.
