誠然,領導能力是成功組織背後的重要關鍵力量,無量團隊或是企業要永續經營,則須借助領導之力,以規劃未來發展的遠景,透過組織的提升與變革,朝向共同的目標邁進。因此,我們可以理解領導力是組織群體的核心價值。而且,尋找下一個優質領導者,更是組織經營、發展與延續的核心任務之一。
  本研究在探討領導者的人格特質與美學領導實踐兩者之影響。作用上,領導是一種指引、教導,本質更是一種參與、投入,乃至於一種影響。基於這樣的假設,企業最高領導者之人格特質對其企業經營領導風格之影響,是否為組織成功之關鍵力量呢?尤其,在主觀意識相當強烈的美學領導和其概念,究竟對於組織營運的實踐有哪種程度的影響呢?似乎存在著相當大的實證研究之空間,因而,本研究企圖以台灣庭園景觀工程專業為例,進行實證探討。
  基於前述背景與目的,本研究將以尊重受訪者主觀意見的深度訪談方式進行研究。方法上,本研究將採用半結構式設計訪談,進而分析研究專業的中小企業最高主管受其人格特質、美學素養影響與形成之領導風格實踐的關係。
Abstract
It is true that leadership is an important key force behind successful organization, and the contingent team or business is going to be sustainable, with the power of leadership to plan for the future of development, through organizational upgrading and change, towards a common goal. Therefore, we can understand that leadership is the core value of the organizational group. And, to find the next high-quality leader, is the organization of business, development and continuation of one of the core tasks.
This study explores the influence of leaders' personality traits and aesthetic leadership practices. Role, leadership is a guide, teaching, the essence is a kind of participation, investment, and even an impact. Based on the assumption that the influence of the personality of the highest leaders of the firm on the leadership style of its business is a key force for the success of the organization? In particular, in the subjective sense of a very strong aesthetic leadership and its concept, what is the effect on the practice of organizational operations? There seems to be a considerable empirical study of space, therefore, this study attempts to Taiwan garden landscape engineering industry as an example, to conduct empirical research.
Based on the foregoing background and purpose, this study will be conducted in the form of in-depth interviews with respondents' subjective opinions. Method, this study will use semi-structured design interviews, and then analyze the professional management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the top management by their personality traits, aesthetic qualities and the formation of the leadership style of the relationship between practice.
