本研究旨在探討洪都拉斯咖啡農所面臨的問題,並透過質化研究進行訪談與實地勘查,包括咖啡園、合作廠商與相關處理作業處。本研究所探討的問題涵蓋了人力資源、後勤、架構、生產製造、行銷與銷售等範疇。前述的這些問題,皆能透過投資者、相關參與人和政府投入長期支援來解決;本研究也針對上述問題提出建議之方針,並聚焦於生產製造、行銷與銷售之品質管理。
Abstract
This Analysis is mainly about the problems and difficulties that coffee farmers face in Honduras. The research was done through Qualitative Research based on one-to-one interviews and in-field trips which includes visits to farms, cooperatives and processing areas. It focuses in problems that were found in different areas which consist of Human Resources, Logistics, Infrastructure, Production, Marketing and Sales. All this areas can be improved in the long-term with help from the government, investors and all the people that are involved during the processing of coffee, while this research gives special focus on suggestions for Production and Marketing areas.
