自2008 年全面開放陸客來台觀光，截至2013 年5 月，目前來臺陸客總人數已將近850 萬人次，如此鉅額的商機使政府民間都相當關注陸客來台對觀光市場的助益，然而在來台人數不斷攀升之時也浮現出許多問題，其中過程呈現出動態性複雜的現象，本研究首先透過系統思考的架構整理文獻，從中發現台灣旅遊產業的底層結構，接著透過系統思考之因果回饋圖描繪出旅遊產業在面臨開放陸客來台下，各個角色如政府旅行社相關產業消費者的系統如何互動與運作，整理台灣的旅遊產業系統之間的互動關係，釐清其關鍵環路，瞭解在此情境下須注意的關鍵影響力運作過程及須思考的策略方向，找出一些由於決策、系統複雜性產生的危機，證明系統環路有助於幫我們思考問題的來源與影響，並且可尋找讓旅遊產業系統更加健康的方法，作為其他單位的借鏡。

In 2008, the full liberalization of mainland tourists to Taiwan for sightseeing, as in May 2013, the current total number of mainland tourists to Taiwan to nearly 8.5 million people, such a huge opportunity to make many people are quite concerned.However,the rising number of people coming to Taiwan emerged out of the many problems,including the process of the dynamics of complex phenomena, this study received systems thinking architecture organize the literature, which found that the underlying structure of the tourism industry in Taiwan, followed by systems thinking,the causal
feedback loop diagram depicts the tourism industry, various roles such as government and consumers interact with the operating system, Taiwan's tourism industry consolidation interaction between systems and clarify the key loop understand in this context should be noted that operational processes and key influencers to be thinking about strategic direction, identify some as decisions resulting system complexity crisis proof system loop helps to help us think about the source of the problem and influence and may be looking to get the tourism industry system more healthy way, as the other
units to follow.
