法蘭茲˙李斯特(Franz Liszt, 1811-1886)在音樂歷史上留下大量的音樂作品,其中以鋼琴改編曲最為多數;同一時期的費得列克˙蕭邦(Frédéric Chopin, 1810-1849),也以創作鋼琴作品聞名。除了鍵盤作品,歌劇、藝術歌曲亦深受蕭邦喜愛,並將歌唱性的風格與元素融入其鋼琴語法中。

一八二九至一八四七年間,蕭邦創作了十九首聲樂作品;蕭邦過世後,在《波蘭歌曲集》(Polish Songs, op.74)出版之際,李斯特取其中六首改編為鋼琴曲《六首波蘭歌曲》(Six Polonaise chants, S.480)。李斯特的改編曲雖以炫技聞名,然而在彈奏他所改編的《六首波蘭歌曲》後,筆者欲探究李斯特如何融合自身的彈奏技巧與蕭邦精神,因此選擇此首鋼琴改編曲為本論文研究之曲目。

本文除了前言和結語之外,分為三個部分,依序為李斯特的改編曲、蕭邦《波蘭歌曲集》,最後為李斯特《六首波蘭歌曲》之分析與改編手法之歸納。
Abstract
Franz Liszt (1811-1886) composed amounts of piano works in his life, piano transcription in particular. During his time, as a pianist and Liszt’s competitor, Frédéric Chopin(1810-1849) is also famed for composing piano repertoire. Moreover, operatic and vocal character often became his pianistic language.

During 1829 to 1847, Chopin had written nineteen songs. After his death, Polish Songs,op.74 was published in 1857. Later on, Liszt transcribed six songs from op.74: Six Polonaise Chants, s.480.

This thesis consists three parts with the introduction and conclusion. The first part is Liszt’s piano transcription. The second part is introducing of Chopin’s Polish Songs, op. 74. The third part is analysis of Liszt’s piano transcription Six Polonaise Chants, s.480.
