在全球化和專業分工競爭下,公司經常需要面臨跨地區、時間、文化等因素,以24小時不間斷的協同運作,減少作業流程,迅速整合公司內部資源。軟體開發專案過程中,總有大小不等的專案。為了確保專案能達到在時程內完成專案並能掌控預算的目標,如何透過專案管理資訊系統來輔助,有效的管理專案的執行進度,並且累積專案管理的經驗,選擇專案管理系統會是企業提升專案完成的效率。
本研究將以專案管理、專案組織結構和軟體開發模式為主要觀點,彙整不同的個案公司使用專案管理資訊系統進行軟體產品開發的經驗,並且加入專案管理資訊系統的的基本模組概念,配合不同的專案組織結構的特性差異,提出一套依據不同的專案組織結構和軟體開發模式,供軟體公司能快速、成功地導入專案管理資訊系統,使軟體公司得以節省軟體開發流程的時間、加強軟體開發效率,以因應全球化的激烈競爭。
Abstract
Under the circumstance of globalization and specialization, the organizations tend to satisfy the differences of region, time zone and culture. By working 24 hours a day, organizations could shorten the processing flow and integrate internal resources rapidly. In the process of software development, there are varying scales of projects. In order to keep projects meet the timelines, the quality requirements and the budgets, companies face the challenge of choosing and applying a proper project management information system effectively.
This research focuses on project management, the structure of project organizations and the development pattern of software. Investigating different experiences from the case study, which is taking place in the industry of project management of information systems or development of software products, this research also considers the basic concept of the module for project information management. Keeping up with the differences of the traits for the structures of project organization respectively, this research offers a pattern of software development based on different structures of project organizations. In this way, the software company can implement the project management information system effectively and efficiently, furthermore, it can also save the time for the process of software development and strengthen the efficiency of software development to meet the intense competition of globalization.
